SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made throughout the European Union from Monday to Friday by GLS courier, Your order will be processed and shipped in the following ways within a maximum of 24 hours:

  • SHIPPING TO ITALY – 24/48 ORE: ALWAYS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
  • SHIPPING ISLANDS – 2/3 DAYS: 5€
  • EU SHIPPING – 3/5 DAYS: 10€
  • USA SHIPPING – 5 DAYS: 40€

HOW DOES IT WORK

When your package is picked up by the courier, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for tracking your package.

A recipient's signature will be required upon delivery of your order. We recommend, then, to choose a delivery address for your shipment where someone is present to receive the package. If you were not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery. The courier will attempt to deliver the package the following three days after which in the event that the package has not been delivered it will be placed in storage.

We will put all our effort into trying to respect delivery times, however times may vary slightly in more busy periods (like the balances). banuofficial.com is not responsible for any theft or loss of packages following specific instructions provided to the couriers who are in charge of the orders.

Paypal accepts payment from your account and with any credit card, payment is immediate, it has no extra cost.

Please be found at the chosen shipping location during the day as the courier does not indicate the exact time of delivery and with the precise amount of money indicated in the receipt since the couriers do not have change. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Methods of Returns and Refunds in Italy:

  • The item is damaged or sent in error: you do not have to incur any costs for the return. Send a photo to customer service, within 14 days of receiving the package, which will provide either the direct refund or the collection of the goods at Banu's expense.

Return and Refund Methods in the EU and USA:

  • Return for size or product change: The product will be refunded in full but the direct return and outbound shipping costs, are at your expense and vary according to the type of shipment chosen during the order.
  • Reimbursement – Damaged item: The product will be fully refunded but the direct return shipping costs are at your expense and vary according to the type of shipment chosen during the order.

You will be free to ship the product on your own by providing us with a tracking code at Via Acuto, 133, 00131, Roma, Italy. We will refund you within 2-3 working days of receiving the goods, only the cost of the product will be refunded and not the shipping costs included. If the product has been paid online, the refund will be made through the same platform, if the payment was made on delivery, an email must be sent to info@banuofficial.com with a valid IBAN and name and surname of the Account Holder as the refund will be made by bank transfer. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, You will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, excluding delivery costs except if the order was sent incorrectly by us (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; anyhow, you will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The reimbursement may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, be precedent.
Please return the goods or deliver them to us, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the period 14 days.
The costs of returning the goods will be at your expense. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and functioning of the goods.
